About this Organization
DECS is a free commuter service through DART First State that assist with transportation options(carpool/vanpool, transit, walk/bike) for anyone living, working, or going to school in Delaware. DECS provides 3 benefits – Commute Planning, Guaranteed Ride Home Reimbursement Benefit, and Monthly Gift Card Drawings. DECS also manages the Get a Job/Get a Ride free employer/workforce organization that provides a free 30 day DART bus pass for new hires or those attending a workforce development course.
