About this Organization
The Sculpt Your Life® T’ai Chi Chih for Veterans program is available FOR FREE to all Veterans and their caregivers (both in-person and virtually) T’ai Chi Chih isn’t just an evidence-based complementary & integrative treatment option for PTSD / life-threatening mental health diagnoses, chronic pain, and many other conditions prevalent in today’s military community, it’s also drug-free, fun, plus literally anyone can do it.
