Who We Are

The Delaware Commission of Veterans Affairs (DCVA) was established in 1987 with a mission to support Delaware veterans, their spouses, and children. As an advisory board to the Governor, the DCVA addresses issues that impact the 72,000 military veterans living in the First State, advocating for their needs and ensuring their voices are heard.
