Veterans Day Ceremony: Honoring 250 Years of Service

Delaware’s first Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Brigadier General (Ret.) Karen A. Berry, will deliver the keynote address at this year’s Veterans Day ceremony hosted by Kent County Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 850.

Secretary Berry brings more than three decades of military service and a lifelong commitment to supporting veterans, their families, and our communities. Her remarks will highlight a ceremony honoring 250 years of service and the sacrifices of those who have served our nation.

The program will include the presentation of colors, wreath placements, a reading of the names of Kent County’s fallen servicemen, Taps, and “Amazing Grace.”
